Sea cocktail is a fairly frequent guest on the tables of hostesses who are not indifferent to gourmet and their health. If you have a desire to taste something very tasty, healthy and light, a salad with a sea cocktail and vegetables is perfect for this.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of seafood cocktail;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 sweet Bulgarian pepper;
- - half an onion of red sweet onions;
- - greens;
- - lemon juice;
- - olive oil;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the vegetables thoroughly under running water. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, cut it into thin strips. We also cut the tomatoes, having previously cleaned them from the pulp. After that, peel and cut the onion into half rings and scald it with strong boiling water.
Step 2
We take a frying pan and melt butter over low heat for frying a sea cocktail. You need to fry until all the liquid disappears completely.
Step 3
