Seafood cocktail is a mixture of octopus, squid, mussels, shrimp and many other delicious sea creatures. We present you a recipe for a delicious seafood cocktail with fried vegetables.
It is necessary
400 g of seafood cocktail (frozen); - 350 g of various vegetables (beans, tomatoes, carrots, celery root, zucchini, etc.); - 1-2 cloves of garlic; - vegetable oil, preferably olive oil; - greens and soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
We take a frying pan with the thickest bottom, heat the vegetable oil in it, fry the chopped garlic and remove it with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
Put our seafood cocktail in a frying pan with oil and garlic juice, turn on high heat and fry it for about a minute, then reduce heat and add vegetables.
Fry until the beans are tender. If the mixture seems a little dry, you can add a little water. Typically, roasting takes 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
When the seafood appetizer is completely cooked, you can add soy sauce and salt to it. It remains only to mix well and put on plates. It is recommended to sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top. Bon Appetit!
