According to this recipe, seafood is very tender and tasty. The dish requires squid, king prawns and octopus, but you can also add fresh mussels. You need to take small tomatoes - cherry.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 4 squid carcasses;
- - 400 g of Chilean squid;
- - 300 g cherry tomatoes;
- - 200 g of octopus;
- - 12 king prawns;
- - 7 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 stems of rosemary;
- - half a bunch of parsley;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the seafood first. Cut the Chilean squid into 3x3 cm cubes. Boil the octopus until tender, cool, cut like a squid. Cut ordinary raw squid into rings, peel the shrimp. Shrimp tails can be left for beauty.
Step 2
Rinse the parsley, cut off the stems, and coarsely chop the leaves. Chop the rosemary too. Cut each cherry tomato in half, peel the garlic, cut into thin slices.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the garlic over medium heat until a characteristic aroma appears.
Step 4
Add prepared seafood to the pan, fry for no more than one minute. Then toss the chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley with rosemary into the skillet. Warm up for 1-2 minutes, serve hot. You cannot fry seafood for a long time, they will become tough.
