Fried asparagus is a very healthy and, most importantly, delicious dish. Cooking this dish takes very little time and effort.
You can substitute green beans for the asparagus if desired.

It is necessary
- • 500g of chicken;
- • 350 g of asparagus (or green beans);
- • 15-20 pcs. cherry tomato;
- • leeks or onions;
- • lemon juice - a tablespoon (about half a lemon);
- • salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a stalk of asparagus, cut off the hard part from it. Cut the rest and pour over the lemon juice.
Step 2
Cut onions, carrots and chicken into small pieces.
Step 3
Start by frying the onions. To do this, prepare a large skillet and heat with a little olive oil. Saute the onions for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add meat to the same skillet and continue frying.
Step 5
Place the asparagus in a skillet and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes, salt and spices (black pepper) five minutes before the dish is ready.
Step 7
Fried chicken with asparagus is ready. You can use turkey instead of chicken. Then spend a little more time on frying the meat.
