The main ingredient in the salad is fried chicken fillet. To make the salad more dietary, you can simply boil the fillet.

- - 1 avacado,
- - 300 g cherry tomatoes,

- For salad dressing:

- - 3 tbsp. olive oil,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
First you need to prepare the cheese chips. To do this, over low heat, you need to heat a dry frying pan and sprinkle finely grated cheese on it with a middle layer. After the cheese is melted, remove the speed from the heat and carefully remove the chips.

Chicken fillet must be salted, pepper and seasoned with paprika. Then it needs to be fried in sunflower oil on both sides until ready, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

The zuini must be cut into 2 pieces. Remove seeds as needed and cut into slices about 5 mm thick.
Step 4
Cherry tomatoes should be cut into 2 or 4 pieces. It depends on the size of the vegetables.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the peel. Cut the pulp into cubes.

Fry the zucchini until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
