It is necessary

  • - 150 g of quinoa;
  • - 250 g cherry tomatoes;
  • - 1 ripe avocado;
  • - 6-8 quail eggs;
  • - 3 handfuls of salad mix;
  • - 1/2 bunch of parsley;
  • - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • - 1 tbsp. olive oil;
  • - 1/2 tsp dry herbs (basil, oregano, thyme);
  • - a little mixture of ground peppers;
  • - a little salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the quinoa several times in water to remove any bitterness.

Step 2

Cook the quinoa over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt after 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the avocado into cubes.

Step 4

Boil quail eggs and cut into two parts.

Step 5

Chop parsley, mix with oil, lemon juice, pepper, dry herbs and salt.

Step 6

Cool the quinoa. Mix with salad dressing. Add avocado and tomato.

Step 7

Stir well all the ingredients of the salad. Arrange the salad on plates.

Step 8

Put halves of quail eggs on top for decoration.
