This salad is a light snack that you can arrange even in the office, bringing along prepared vegetables and a bottle of soy sauce. In this recipe, you can replace balsamic vinegar with juice from half a lime, if desired.

It is necessary

  • For two servings:
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 200 g cherry tomatoes;
  • - 130 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 120 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
  • - 1, 5 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar;
  • - red pepper, dried oregano.

Instructions

Step 1

Tear the Chinese cabbage with your hands - use only the upper part of the leaves for this salad, the hard white part is not needed. Fold the cabbage into a large salad bowl so that all the components of the dish can fit there and it is convenient to stir them during the meal.

Step 2

Take a ripe, large enough avocado. Peel the avocados, cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces. Send them to the prepared cabbage in a salad bowl, stir slightly.

Step 3

Cut sufficiently large cherry tomatoes in half, small tomatoes can be left intact. Place them on top of the cabbage and avocado.

Step 4

Place the cottage cheese on top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or fresh lime juice and drizzle with soy sauce. It remains to sprinkle dried oregano on the avocado, cherry and cottage cheese salad. Serve immediately, the salad is not required to be infused, it already has a pronounced taste.
