  • For eight servings:
  • - 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 300 g frozen cherries;
  • - 180 g of wheat flour;
  • - 140 g brown sugar;
  • - 80 g of butter;
  • - 60 ml of water;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Step 1

Defrost the cherries, drain the juice from them.

Step 2

Chop the flour with cold butter, add a pinch of salt, half the sugar, make a funnel, pour water into it. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3

Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, make small sides. Stick, cover with foil, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, bake for another 5 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees. Let cool slightly.

Whisk the cottage cheese with chicken eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, add spices to taste (for example, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom).

Place the cherries tightly on the prepared cake base, cover with cream, bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The tart with cherries and cottage cheese is ready, you can serve it hot or cool a little.
