This sweet pasta and curd casserole is a great Sunday breakfast for the whole family. The dish is delicious and original. Cherry sauce will decorate the casserole and add sourness to it. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary
- - milk 2, 5% - 500 ml;
- - durum wheat pasta - 200 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - sugar - 120 g;
- - icing sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - cottage cheese - 150 g;
- - sour cream - 150 g;
- - pitted canned cherries - 1 can;
- - vanilla sugar - 20 g;
- - corn starch - 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil milk in a saucepan, salt. Add pasta and cook until tender (6-8 minutes). Take out the pasta, cool.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites into a stiff foam, then add 50 g of sugar and beat again.
Step 3
Remove the zest from the lemon. Combine softened butter with 50 g of sugar and lemon zest. Add yolks, cottage cheese and sour cream to the mixture. Stir with a mixer. Add pasta and whipped egg whites to the mixture, stir gently with a spoon.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter. Lay out the pasta and curd mixture. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5
Cooking the sauce. Boil the cherry syrup, adding 1 tbsp. l. sugar and vanilla sugar. Dissolve the starch in a little water (50 ml), and then pour into the syrup. Boil the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Cool it down. Combine the cherry syrup with starch and sugar with the cherries and grind the mixture with a blender until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cooked casserole with icing sugar and serve with the cherry sauce. The dish is ready!
