Macaroni and cheese always have many fans, which means that there are a lot of recipes for their preparation. You can try to prepare a dish without first boiling the pasta and without using a large amount of dishes - for the entire cooking process you only need a saucepan with a thick bottom.
It is necessary
- - 15 gr. butter;
- - a quarter of an onion;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 150 pasta;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - a pinch of black pepper;
- - grated cheese (quantity and type to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and fry in butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Step 2
When the onion becomes transparent and begins to golden a little, pour the milk into the saucepan.
Step 3
Pour pasta into a saucepan, mix, salt and pepper, mix again.
Step 4
Over medium heat, bring the pasta and milk to a boil, not forgetting to stir, reduce the heat to almost minimum. Cook for 15-20 minutes, add a little milk if necessary.
Step 5
