It is necessary

  • Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • - 1 baguette;
  • - 60 ml of olive oil;
  • - 120 ml balsamic vinegar
  • - 2 tablespoons of cane sugar;
  • - 300 gr. cherry tomatoes;
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - salt and black pepper;
  • - a handful of basil leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Cut the baguette into equal pieces, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with half of the olive oil, bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2

In a saucepan, mix balsamic vinegar and sugar, cook over low heat to reduce the volume by 2 times - about 6-8 minutes.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the halved tomatoes with the avocado pieces. Add the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Spread the filling on crispy and golden bread, garnish with finely chopped basil and pour over balsamic vinegar. We serve the ready-made snack right away!
