Salmon salad can be classified as a gourmet dish. If you bought a slightly salted red fish, then cook it so that it reveals its full gastronomic potential. A salad recipe with salmon, quail eggs and cherry tomatoes will help you with this.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 100 g of lightly salted salmon;
- - 8 quail eggs;
- - 1 iceberg salad;
- - 16 cherry tomatoes;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - fresh parsley, salt, ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the iceberg lettuce, cut the head of cabbage into small pieces, dry a little on a paper napkin. Boil quail eggs in boiling water for five minutes. Cool the finished eggs completely, peel them, cut each egg in half.
Step 2
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut each into quarters, and season with salt. Rinse fresh parsley, pat dry.
Step 3
Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil and parsley in a blender until smooth. Season the salad dressing with salt and pepper. For flavor, you can add chopped fresh garlic to it.
Step 4
Spoon the salad onto a platter. Cut lightly salted salmon into thin slices and place on top of the salad. Instead of salmon, pink salmon is also suitable. Add cherry tomato wedges, quail egg halves. Sprinkle generously with the sauce before serving.
