Chicken skewers can be cooked very quickly. To make the dish unusual, original, use canned pineapple and cherry tomatoes.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 600-700 g;
- - canned pineapple - 200 g;
- - cherry tomatoes - 2-3 per serving;
- - fresh champignons - 2 per serving;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - wooden skewers.
- For the marinade:
- - olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - orange - 1 pc.;
- - Teriyaki sauce;
- - honey - to taste;
- - rice vinegar;
- - ginger root - 2-3 cm;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken meat thawed at a temperature of 5-6 degrees in running water. Blot with a paper towel. Cut with a sharp knife into 3-3.5 cm pieces. Place in a convenient dish.
Step 2
Open a jar of canned pineapples, pour the syrup from it into a container. Prepare the pineapple in cubes the same size as the chicken fillet. Wash the mushrooms, peel. If you have large mushrooms, cut them in half.
Step 3
Prepare the chicken marinade. Mix part of pineapple juice with olive oil, with a teaspoon of honey, mix. Wash the orange, squeeze the juice out of it, pour it into the marinade. Add rice vinegar of your choice and Teriyaki sauce. Peel the ginger root, grate it, mix with the marinade. Season the mixture with pepper, salt.
Step 4
Dip the chicken fillet pieces into the marinade, and soak for two hours, if time permits. The meat should be marinated at least for an hour.
Step 5
The marinade for mushrooms will need exactly the same as for meat, just do not use honey. Stir the mushrooms in the marinade gently, leave them to marinate in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Place the finished pickled food on wooden skewers. Food should be strung alternately, meat, pineapple, mushrooms, tomato, etc. Pre-hold the skewers in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Cook kebabs in the oven or grill. Cooking time is 20 minutes. Serve hot with herbs and drinks.
