Dorado turns out to be very juicy. This fish is usually served with rice. But you can cook any other.

- • mozzarella - 20 small balls
- • cherry tomatoes - 20 pcs.
- • 1 lemon or lime
- • spices.

Step 1
The mozzarella cheese needs to be cut into two or four pieces.

Cut the cherry in half.

The fish must be cleaned and gutted. Rinse under running water.

Then the fish should be salted and fried in a pan. No more than five minutes on each side.

Add tomatoes to the fish.

Spices must be added to fried fish.

After that, the fish is covered with a lid and fried for 10 minutes. At the same time, the fire is reduced.

Open the lid and add cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with lemon or lime juice.

Dorada is ready. If you don't want this particular fish, you can take pike perch, sea bass or trout.
