When the usual salads with mayonnaise are already boring, you can diversify the menu with a delicious and very satisfying snack from a boiled beef heart. And the zest of such a salad will give a large amount of walnuts.
It is necessary
- - medium-sized beef heart;
- - 2 carrots;
- - a glass of walnuts;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the beef heart thoroughly, cut in half and soak in cold water for 2 hours. This will cook it faster and become slightly softer.
Step 2
After the allotted time, boil the heart for about 1.5 hours. Remove the finished heart and cool at room temperature. Cut the heart into thin slices and then cut them across into strips. The thinner it is, the more delicate and beautiful the salad will turn out.
Step 3
Then also thinly chop the carrots, place them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and sauté over very low heat. It should become soft, golden in color, but in no case burn.
Step 4
Combine the sautéed carrots with the chopped beef heart. Then crush the walnuts and add them to the main ingredients. Season the hearty beef heart salad with mayonnaise, chill a little in the refrigerator and serve.
