It is necessary
- 500g of cottage cheese of any fat content
- 50g flour
- 5-6 tbsp sugar (more if desired)
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of soda slaked in lemon juice
- Breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese with flour, sugar, egg, salt and soda. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. For splendor, you can add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the curd mass.
Step 2
Pour the bread crumbs onto a flat plate. We form the shape of a cheesecake and roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
On a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, lay out the cheese cakes. Fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the bottom side is browned. Then we turn over the syrniki and cover the pan with a lid. We fry for approx. 10 minutes.
