Not cloyingly sweet, marmalade-flavored cake can be made in just 20 minutes.

For cooking you will need:

  • 100 g kiwi flavored jelly powder;
  • 100 g of powdered jelly with strawberry or raspberry flavor;
  • 100 g of powdered jelly with orange or lemon flavor;
  • 300 g sour cream;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 15 g gelatin;
  • 250 ml of milk.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Prepare 3 types of jelly of different colors in different dishes. To do this, pour the powder from the bags into deep containers and fill it with hot boiled water. The amount of liquid required is usually written by manufacturers on the jelly package. Next, gently stir the powder until it is completely dissolved and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  2. Cut the jelly thickened in the refrigerator into large random pieces that look like broken glass fragments.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the pre-chilled sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in hot milk. When it swells, melt it a little without boiling.
  5. Mix completely dissolved gelatin with pre-whipped sour cream.
  6. Pour the sour cream into a deep pan and mix gently with pre-cut pieces of multi-colored jelly.
  7. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes until the sour cream solidifies completely.

Please note that this jelly dessert has many variations. So, for example, instead of sour cream, you can safely use almost any natural thick yogurt. If desired, the sides of the form can be sprinkled with finely crumbled cookies. Some confectioners add a little finely chopped sweet fruits or berries (for example, banana, kiwi peach, apricot, strawberries, etc.) to the sour cream or yoghurt mass.

A simple no-bake cake is made with the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of ready-made puff pastry rolls with cherry filling;
  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 250 ml cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 280 g sugar;
  • 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • One and a half tablespoons of starch.

Step by step cooking process:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the starch and pour the mixture of beaten eggs and sugar into it in small, neat portions. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Slowly pour the well-heated, but not boiled milk into the flour and egg mixture. While stirring constantly, heat the mixture, trying to bring it to a fairly thick, creamy consistency.
  3. Cool the resulting custard well, then gently mix with chilled cream with a fat content of at least 30%.
  4. Place a few cherry rolls on a platter and cover them generously with custard. To form a house, make each subsequent layer of tubes a little smaller in diameter. Be sure to coat each layer with custards well with custard.
  5. Cover the finished cake generously with cream on all sides. The top of the dessert can be garnished with fine chocolate chips or melted chocolate. Before serving, the cake must be kept in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours.

Instead of cherry-filled straws, you can use Viennese cherry strudels or regular cherry puffs in this recipe. In principle, any ready-made baked goods based on puff pastry or shortcrust pastry will do. To decorate the cake, you can take fresh cherries or finely chopped walnuts.
