Shops amaze with an abundance of sweets and confectionery, but often the price for them is quite rather big, and you want to pamper your family with something unusual. The ideal solution would be homemade cakes, which will not take much time and will help save the family budget.
Homemade Rafaelki
You will need:
- coconut flakes - 200-300 g;
- Condensed milk with sugar -1 / 2-1 cans;
- nuts (any are suitable: peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts).
Pour coconut flakes into a bowl, gradually pouring in condensed milk. We knead a rather thick mass. We make small cakes from it, put a nut in the center of each. We roll up neat balls, put on a flat dish. Pour the remaining shavings into a clean plate and roll each ball in it. Put the ready-made rafaello in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, after which they can be served.
Pastry "Shishka"
In terms of its composition and method of preparation, this sweetness is very similar to the "Potato" cake, but by slightly changing its appearance, we get a new delicacy. For this cake, any pastry left in the house is suitable: crackers, pies, biscuits, gingerbread.
You will need:
- butter - 200 g;
- biscuits - 0.5 kg;
- milk (can be replaced with water) - 70 g;
- cocoa (not instant) - 2 tablespoons;
- sugar - 2 tablespoons
Leave the oil for a couple of hours at room temperature to soften. While it melts, prepare the syrup: add sugar and cocoa powder to milk (water), mix thoroughly and bring to a boil, cool slightly. Grind cookies (crackers, gingerbread, muffins, etc.) in a blender (on a grater or meat grinder) and mix with melted butter until smooth, add syrup. From the resulting mass, we form cones and send them to the freezer for 30 minutes, then make notches with sharp-edged scissors, as if slightly cutting the cake.
Strawberry cake
This is not just delicious, but also a very unusual cake that will delight children and adults.
You will need:
- waffles 200 g;
- juice from boiled beets - 2-3 tablespoons;
- lemon juice - 2 tsp;
- butter - 1 tsp with a slide;
- milk - 50 g;
- sugar - 1 tablespoon
Squeeze the juice from the beets, mix it with lemon. Put the butter in a saucepan and heat it until it melts completely, send the milk to the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Grind the waffles using a meat grinder (in a blender) and mix them with melted butter and milk. Roll cones from the resulting mass, similar in shape to strawberries, dip them in a mixture of beetroot and lemon juice. We spread it on a napkin so that the excess juice stacks, sprinkle with sugar (not abundantly), and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Transfer to a clean plate and serve.
