- - 50 g of fresh bread crumbs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley;
- - salt and ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, rub the skin with oil and, covered with foil, bake for 1 hour.
Step 2
Finely chop smoked bacon, celery sprigs, mushrooms. Prepare the filling: Heat 25g butter in a large skillet, add chopped bacon, onion and celery and cook for 6 minutes, add mushrooms and sauté for 4 more minutes, then remove from heat and add bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning.
Step 3
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over an ovenproof dish. Brush the top with the remaining oil and set aside until you remove the chicken from the oven.
Step 4
Remove the foil from the chicken, carefully pour the whole carcass with the resulting juice and bake for another half hour - until golden brown and until the juice is transparent when pierced. At this time, put the filling in the oven and bake for half an hour. Cut the chicken into 4 portions and serve separately from the filling.
