The ability to squeeze the juice correctly will help you always have a delicious drink in your diet - a real storehouse of vitamins. If you grow fruits and berries in your country house, then this is also a way to preserve the harvest.
It is necessary
-
- Raw materials for juice
- Juicer
- Juice cooker
- Juice press
- Gauze
- Wringer for wringing
- Pestle (rolling pin)
- the spoon
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare juice raw materials. This stage is painstaking, but necessary.
• Select only ripe and fresh vegetables and fruits and wash them thoroughly.
• Do not peel off the edible skin - it will add flavor to the juice.
• Chop large, hard fruits with a knife or meat grinder.
• Berries can be slightly kneaded with a spoon or rolling pin.
• Remove the bones - they contain hydrocyanic acid!
• Place the herbs in thick bunches.
Step 2
Pass the fruits prepared for pressing through the juicer. If you want to have fresh juice all the time, be sure to get it. Remember that juicer models have their own characteristics.
• Multipurpose juicers are comfortable, but do not work with stone fruit. You will have to take out the bones yourself or purchase a special machine for knocking out the bones.
• Screw models allow you to squeeze all the berries almost dry, but they are not so common, mainly of domestic production.
Step 3
Use a juicer if you want to make a lot of juice. Pour 3 liters of water into the lower tier of the pan, and put clean berries and fruits in the upper tier. The berries can be left intact, and large fruits can be chopped. Leave them to steam for 45-60 minutes (depending on raw materials) at a temperature of 60 to 70 degrees. Hard fruits will juice out longer, soft and juicy fruits faster. This method allows you to get juice quickly, while the drink is sterilized and can be stored for a long time.
Step 4
Use a special press to squeeze juice or build a homemade one - to get a large amount of a drink right at the dacha. Take a wooden rectangular frame and place it vertically. Install the container with the finished raw material in it and close the lid. Adapt a regular jack from above. Such an impromptu juicer makes sense if you are processing raw materials (for example, apples) with a volume of at least a bag.
Step 5
Squeeze out the juice with cheesecloth. This is an easy way to prepare a small amount of a drink (for example, for a child) if you don't have a juicer. Fold a piece of clean cheesecloth in 2 times and place chopped raw materials in its middle. Twist the ends of the gauze and squeeze out the juice with your fingers. You can put cheesecloth in a colander and squeeze out the juice with a spoon.
