Preparation of food

In order to prepare meat lasagne, you will need:

  • 250 g lasagna sheets;
  • 1 kg of minced meat;
  • 500 g of tomatoes;
  • 300 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 carrot;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2/3 cup flour.

Cooking meat lasagna

Peel the onions and chop them finely, also chop the garlic. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, then chop them with a blender.

Fry the garlic and onions in heated vegetable oil, then add the carrots to the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. Place the minced meat in a skillet, season with salt and pepper. Simmer the ingredients for 15-25 minutes over low heat. Next, add the tomato mass, cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally the filling for the meat lasagna.

Boil the lasagna sheets for three minutes. To prevent the dough from sticking, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the water.

Prepare the sauce, for this melt the butter, add flour to it, sauté this mixture for 1 minute. Add the milk, then bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, and season with salt. Make sure there are no lumps. Cook the sauce until it reaches the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Grease a baking dish for meat lasagna with vegetable oil. Put the first layer on the bottom - sheets. Spread half of the minced meat on top, pour the minced meat with 1/3 of the sauce and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Cover the filling with sheets, then lay out the rest of the minced meat, pour 1/3 of the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the lasagna.

Place the dish in the oven and cook the Italian dish at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
