  • For filling:
  • - 300 gr. ground beef;
  • - 200 gr. minced pork;
  • - 2 strips of smoked bacon;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - green pepper;
  • - onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 150 gr. mushrooms;
  • - half a vegetable marrow;
  • - 50 gr. dry red wine;
  • - salt;
  • - olive oil;
  • - basil and oregano;
  • - ketchup;
  • - lasagna sheets;
  • - grated cheese.
  • For the béchamel sauce:
  • - 600 ml of milk;
  • - 60 gr. flour;
  • - 30 gr. butter;
  • - ground nutmeg;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions, peppers and carrots and chop finely. Fry in olive oil. As soon as the vegetables acquire a golden hue, we send diced zucchini and chopped garlic to them.

Step 2

Cut the bacon and mushrooms as small as possible, add them to the pan, fry everything until tender. We shift the minced meat to the vegetables, stir to get a homogeneous mass without large lumps of meat. As soon as the meat changes color, pour in the wine, reduce the heat. The wine should evaporate.

Step 3

Cover the meat with vegetables with a small layer of ketchup, salt, season with oregano and basil to taste. We leave to simmer on minimal heat, not forgetting to stir from time to time.

Step 4

Let's start with the béchamel sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, mix quickly and begin to gradually pour in hot milk, without stopping stirring the sauce for a minute. 10 minutes and the bechamel is ready. It remains only to salt it, pepper and add ground nutmeg to taste.

Step 5

Grease the form in which the lasagna will be prepared with a small amount of béchamel sauce. We spread the sheets of lasagna boiled in advance according to the instructions, cover them with sauce, the next layer is minced meat. We lay out the layers to the very top of the form, but so that the bechamel is the last.

Step 6

In an oven preheated to 180C, bake the lasagna for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes to obtain a golden crust.
