To prepare this pepper dish, you must adhere to some rules. And also stock up on the necessary raw materials, time and great desire. First you need to cook the pepper itself. It must be taken about the same size so that later it fits well into the container where it will be cooked. In order for the dish to turn out not only tasty, but also beautiful, it is better to take peppers of different colors.
It should be washed first. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut off the "caps" with the stalk. Remove seeds and rinse again under the tap. Move to the side, removing excess water from them.

Season with salt, pepper, you can add a little spice to taste. You can also add a little water so that the minced meat is not very dense. It is better to stir the minced meat by hand.
