The taste of minced meat depends on what kind of meat is included in its composition and seasonings. A lot of different dishes are made from minced meat: cutlets, meatballs, kebabs and so on. The minced meat recipe is different for each dish. The presented one is intended for cooking cutlets and meatballs.

Instructions
Step 1
To prepare minced meat, you need to prepare a deep bowl to make it easier to mix the ingredients.
Take the minced meat, rinse it thoroughly under running water and dry it. Cut into pieces. To make the minced meat tasty, it is better to take the meat fresh, chilled, not frozen.
Step 2
Turn the meat through a meat grinder (or grind it in a blender) - as you are accustomed to. The last method of grinding is somewhat preferable, since using a blender you can get minced meat with particles of the required size and consistency. It must be remembered that the more the meat is chopped, the more tender the finished dish will turn out, the easier cutlets are formed from such minced meat and the faster they are cooked. And vice versa: the larger the minced meat particles, the worse the products are molded from it, which can fall apart during the cooking process, and the longer it takes to prepare them. Therefore, the consistency of minced meat is prepared based on its purpose. If the minced meat is too lean, then you can add either more chicken meat, or additionally mix in chopped pork fat.
Step 3
Soak the bread in chilled boiled water and chop finely (you can knead it with a fork). You do not need to squeeze the water out of the bread to the end. Add the bread to the minced meat. Chop the onion finely and fry it in olive oil until transparent. Cool down. Grate the garlic on a fine grater (if you need to cook garlic cutlets). Add the onion, garlic and eggs to the minced meat. You can put chopped herbs to taste (dill, parsley). Season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it is evenly saturated with salt and spices. Stir again. Delicious minced meat is ready for further manipulations!
