  • Butter - 50g.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. So, the main secret of making delicious minced meat is not to fry raw minced meat! It is necessary to boil the ready-made minced meat (or, alternatively, boil a piece of meat, and then scroll it through a meat grinder), and only then fry. I boil the minced meat tightly wrapped in a couple of layers of foil for about 10 minutes in boiling water. If there is a lot of minced meat, you can divide it into several parts so that everything boils well. I use the water in which the minced meat was boiled to cook pasta.
  2. Peel the onion, chop finely and put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat until transparent.
  3. Peel and crush the garlic with the side of a knife, send it to the pan to the onion, so that it gives its aroma to vegetable oil. Throw away the garlic afterwards.
  4. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater and send to the pan with the onions. Fry for 15 minutes.
  5. Put the boiled minced meat in a pan and knead well with a fork so that there are no lumps. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and fry over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain the water and put the prepared pasta in the minced meat pan.
  7. Mix everything well, taste for salt / pepper and if you need to add salt / pepper, cover the pan with a lid and keep on low heat for 5-10 minutes.

As you can see, everything is as simple and fast as possible, even taking into account the troubles with boiling minced meat. Someone also adds tomato paste to the minced meat, but I love the simplest option with a minimum of ingredients. By the way, minced meat prepared in this way can be used for pancakes.
