Almost all hostesses have a period when they are lazy to cook, but they need to feed their families with something. At such moments, dishes that are prepared very quickly and simply help out. For example, navy-style pasta with minced meat. We suggest making them with turkey meat.
It is necessary
- - pasta of any kind - 0.5 kg;
- - water - 2 liters;
- - salt - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - turkey meat (or ready-made minced meat) - 0.3 kg;
- - onion - 2 heads;
- - favorite spices;
- - vegetable oil;
- - tomato sauce - 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to boil the selected pasta. So that they do not stick together and be crumbly, it is better to do it this way: pour so much water into a saucepan so that its amount exceeds 2-3 times the amount of a flour product. Boil. Put 3 tablespoons of salt, wait 2-3 minutes for it to dissolve a little.
Step 2
Add pasta immediately. Cook, stirring every 3-5 minutes with a spoon, until they become soft. Turn off the gas. Pour pasta into a colander and rinse from excess salt. Return back to the pot. If they are still hot, you can add a lump of butter.
Step 3
Now you need to turn the turkey meat into minced meat and fry it with peeled and chopped vegetables. You can do this in the way that is most familiar to you. 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking, add tomato sauce and any spices that you like.
Step 4
Then you can go in two ways: either pour the fried vegetable and meat frying into the minced meat, or pour the pasta into the pan and simmer for a few more minutes. Here everyone must choose their preferred option for themselves. In any case, it will be delicious. In the end, all that remains is to serve navy-style pasta with minced meat to the table.
