This lasagna recipe is very simple and is prepared with Bechamel sauce. You can use any cheese, but Mozzarella works best as it is salty and has a golden crust. The sauce should be cooked over low heat, stirring and adding milk in small portions. If you follow the instructions carefully, minced lasagna will turn out to be very tasty.

It is necessary

  • For the sauce: Parmesan cheese - 55 g; Mozzarella cheese - 260 g; dry lasagna plates - 250 g; ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp; salt - 1/4 tsp; milk - 550 ml; flour - 6 tablespoons; butter - 55 g.
  • For meat filling: chopped greens - 1/2 cup; pepper and salt to taste; tomatoes - 300 g; minced meat - 550 g; garlic - 2 cloves; onion - 1 pc; vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Minced lasagna is prepared as follows. Fry the finely chopped garlic and onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until softened. Add minced meat and cook until meat turns pale. Add chopped tomatoes with herbs and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Let's make Bechamel sauce. Take a heavy-bottomed saucepan and melt the butter in it. Then add flour and grind thoroughly. Cook for 3 minutes and add milk in portions. Whisk the mixture, then add more milk. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes without letting it boil. At the very end, bring to a boil and immediately, stirring, remove from heat. Lasagna with minced meat and seasoned with the right sauce will be delicious.

Minced lasagna is prepared as follows. Cover the bottom of the pan with the sauce and lay out the plates. Stack them edge to edge, but do not overlap. Place 1/3 of the meat filling, sauce and a third of the cheese on the plates. Then again a layer of plates, another third of the filling, sauce and cheese. The third layer is the same - plates, sauce and filling. Top with grated Parmesan and any remaining cheese.

Preheat oven to 180oC, place a baking dish in it, bake for 40 minutes. Foil can be left uncovered. The minced lasagna is ready, cool it, cut into portions and serve as an independent dish.
