Meat bread can be called another meat terrine or meat casserole, and I must say that this dish always turns out to be very interesting, very tasty and even festive.
It is necessary
- - 600 g minced meat;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 0, 6 Art. milk;
- - 0.5 tsp paprika;
- - a little allspice;
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - a little salt.
Instructions
Step 1
We take any minced meat (I had pork with beef) and beat with a blender or mixer. You don't have to beat, but just mash it with your hands, but then our bread will turn out to be not so fluffy.
Step 2
It is desirable that the bell pepper is fleshy. Rinse it with warm water and dry it. Lubricate with vegetable oil and put in a bowl with thick walls. Put the pepper in the oven, bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Cool the pepper, peel and remove seeds. Remove the core and cut the pulp into small cubes.
Step 3
Mix the minced meat with a chicken egg. Add chopped pepper and pour in milk, mix through a blender. Season the minced meat with ground black pepper, salt and paprika.
Step 4
Cover the form with foil, grease it with oil and shift the minced meat, wrap the foil.
Step 5
Set the temperature on the oven at 200 degrees, leave it to warm up. We put the form with minced meat in the oven for 20 minutes. We take out the form and unfold the edges of the foil, put in the oven for another half hour, so that the bread is covered with an appetizing crust. We take the bread out of the oven and serve.
