Pasta is a versatile product, it goes well with meat, cheese, fish, shrimp and, of course, vegetables. The result is a hearty and very tasty dish.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pasta cones;
- - 350 g frozen broccoli;
- - 2 red bell peppers;
- - 1 medium white onion;
- - grated hard cheese;
- - sour cream;
- - odorless vegetable oil;
- - salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, chop medium-sized. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry it until the onion becomes transparent.
Step 2
Rinse the bell peppers, remove the seeds from the fruits, get rid of the partitions. Cut the peppers into small cubes and add to the onions in the pan. Stir the vegetables and heat them for two to three minutes.
Step 3
Add broccoli to onions and peppers (you do not need to defrost it beforehand), stir. Pour in clean filtered water so that the level is 1 cm, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover the vegetables with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked, put in a colander and drain.
Step 5
Lightly grease the heat-resistant form with vegetable oil. Stir vegetables and boiled pasta, add a little sour cream, put in a mold, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
