Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, you need to cut off all the fins, head and tail from the cleaned fish. Then, you can start skinning the fish. With the help of a sharp knife, it is necessary to carefully make an incision on the belly and after that, first with your finger, and then with the whole palm, you need to separate the skin from the carcass. As a result, there should be whole skin from the fish. After that, you need to sew an incision on the skin with a thread so that a kind of stocking with a hole in the place of the head is formed.

When the skin has already been sewn, then you can proceed to the fish carcass itself. After carefully separating the meat from the bones, you need to put it in a bowl. You will also need fins, a tail and a head.

Next, the peeled onion must be finely chopped. You do not need to throw out the husk, it will still come in handy. Chopped onions, you need to sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 4

We combine fish meat, passed through a meat grinder, with eggs, pepper, salt, spices, onions and with soaked bread pulp. Then, we pass all this minced meat through a meat grinder a couple of times, and beat well with our hands.

Step 5

When the minced meat is ready, then you can proceed to the stuffing. To do this, carefully put the minced meat into the skin through the hole and sew it up.

Step 6

To cook stuffed fish, you need a saucepan or cauldron. At the bottom you need to lay onion peels, chopped onions, bay leaves, parsley. Then, stuffed fish is placed on top and filled with water so that it covers the fish by a couple of centimeters. You can add spices and put on fire. It is necessary to simmer the fish over low heat for about an hour.

Step 7

Ready fish, you need to put on a dish, remove the threads from it, attach the head and tail to it, and decorate with herbs.
