Stuffed bell peppers with vegetables in sour cream sauce is a very tasty and nutritious dish. Instead of the usual homemade mince used in the recipe, you can use pure pork or ground beef or turkey mince. Rice can be replaced with long-grain, but always polished, so that it absorbs the juice of meat and vegetables. Garlic will give the sauce a complete flavor and aroma. You can also add your favorite spices and herbs to the dish to add more flavor.
