Step 1
Defrost the bell pepper. At the same time, peeled frozen peppers can be stuffed right like that, and the one that was frozen whole, with seeds and a stalk, must be defrosted and peeled. Scroll pork and beef meat, lard through a meat grinder. Toss the cooked minced meat with the rice. Peel the onion. Finely chop one onion, cut the rest into half rings. Add finely chopped onions to the minced meat, pepper and salt.

Leave two peppers, others need to be stuffed with minced meat, but not completely, as the rice will swell during the cooking process. It is necessary to sprinkle the stewpan with oil and put the stuffed bell pepper in it. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
