It is necessary
- - 8 pcs. sweet bell pepper;
- - 0.5 cups of rice;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 1 large carrot;
- - 400 g minced meat;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - parsley, black pepper, parsley, salt - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve a small amount of sour cream (or mayonnaise) in water, add tomato paste. Instead of tomato paste, you can finely chop fresh tomatoes. Add salt, add your favorite spices.
Step 2
Place frozen stuffed peppers in a deep skillet, pour over the resulting sauce, cover and place over medium heat. After 15 minutes, add bay leaf to the pepper, cook the dish for another 15 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic cloves to the peppers before finishing cooking.
Step 3
If you have a slow cooker, use the following method to prepare frozen stuffed peppers. Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl and add the stuffed peppers. Pour hot water over the semi-finished products so that the water completely covers them.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes, grate them and put the resulting mass on the peppers, add salt and pepper. Close the lid of the multicooker, turn on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. At the end of the program, turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 1 hour. Put prepared stuffed peppers on plates, pour over them with gravy or sour cream, garnish with herbs.
Step 5
Make your own stuffed peppers at home. Such a dish will be more useful. Wash the peppers, make a cut at the top, and clean out the seeds.
Step 6
Peel the onion, chop it finely, then fry in oil until golden brown. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots, add them to the onions. Cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Boil the rice for 7 minutes, no more. Add rice, onions, carrots, herbs and salt to the minced meat, mix well. Fill the peppers with minced meat, place them vertically in a saucepan, pour hot salted water up to the middle of the peppers.
Step 8
Add sour cream, tomato paste and simmer for half an hour. After turning off the heat, let the dish stand for 5 minutes, then serve it along with the broth.
