There are many different ways to prepare noodles. But few people have tasted Thai noodles!
It is necessary
- - 3 tbsp. l. ketchup
- - 1 tbsp. l. thai fish sauce
- - 2 tbsp. l. peanut butter
- - 250 g rice noodles
- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 300 g minced pork
- - 350 g frozen vegetables for frying
- - 2 eggs (beat)
- - finely chopped green onions, cilantro, lime slices and red chili for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Combine ketchup, fish sauce, and peanut butter. Place the noodles in boiling water, remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Throw in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet; fry the minced meat until browned. Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles and heat for 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour in the eggs and, when they curl, stir. Add tomato peanut sauce and mix thoroughly again. Serve sprinkled with onions, cilantro and chili, with lime slices.
