There are a large number of types of sandwiches: hot and cold, simple and multi-layered, sandwiches, canapes, cocktail, in the form of towers and pyramids, there are even sandwich rolls and cakes.

To make a puff sandwich with garlic-hazelnut paste, you will need:

- 1 loaf;

- 100 grams of butter;

- 1 processed cheese;

- 2 cups of walnut kernels;

- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

- 5 cloves of garlic.

For the preparation of puff sandwiches with nut-garlic paste, it is better to use not a fresh loaf, but yesterday's one.

Cut the crust off the loaf so that it is rectangular in shape. Then cut horizontally into 4 large slices. Grease two of them with butter and cover with a nut-garlic paste.

To prepare it, pass the peeled garlic cloves and kernels through a meat grinder. Mash the processed cheese with mayonnaise and combine with the nut-garlic mass. Mix thoroughly.

Place the remaining pieces on top of the pasta bread slices. Then wrap in parchment paper or plastic and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.

Cut into sandwiches (sandwiches) of equal size before use.

Tartins with cheese and fish can be prepared for an everyday or festive table. To make them, you will need:

- ½ white loaf;

- 1 tablespoon of butter or mayonnaise;

- 1 can of sprat;

- 1 tablespoon of grated hard cheese;

- 1 cucumber.

Cut the loaf into slices about 1 centimeter thick. Brush prepared slices of bread with mayonnaise or butter. Top with sprat, a slice of cucumber and sprinkle with grated cheese on a medium grater.

Transfer the cooked tartini to a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake the sandwiches at 200 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.

Tartines can be served hot or cold.

Artichoke snack recipe

Artichoke is a delicious vegetable very popular in Italy, France and the USA. But in Russia it is still exotic. If you want to surprise your guests, prepare stuffed artichokes as a snack. For this you will need:

- 4 artichokes;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 2 shallots;

- 60 grams of fresh porcini mushrooms;

- 3 tablespoons of parsley;

- 1 tablespoon fresh mint;

- 40-50 grams of bread crumbs;

- 500 milliliters of vegetable broth;

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 1 lemon;

- salt;

- pepper.

First of all, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Fill a saucepan or shallow saucepan halfway with cold water and bring to a boil.

Cut off the stems of artichokes and remove the outer leaves. Trim the vegetables on top by about 2-2.5 centimeters. This is done so that the artichokes can be placed in a saucepan.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and pour it into boiling water. Then place the artichokes, cover the dish and cook the vegetables for 15 minutes. Then remove the artichokes from the water, turn over and let dry.

When they have cooled, very gently separate the leaves and remove the core with a spoon.

Porcini mushrooms in this recipe can be replaced with champignons.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry chopped shallots, garlic and finely chopped mushrooms in a press. While stirring, fry the ingredients for 2 minutes. Then add chopped parsley and mint, season with salt and pepper, add bread crumbs and mix well.

Next, fill the artichokes with the mushroom mass. Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and pour warm vegetable broth into a mold.

Bake in the oven for about half an hour until the artichokes are cooked through.

Garnish the stuffed artichokes with parsley. This appetizer is served hot or at room temperature.
