Melon-watermelon salad with shrimps:
The salad is formed in layers of pieces of melon and watermelon, between which are laid out shrimps fried in garlic sauce.
This produces an interesting combination of the sweet taste of melon and watermelon and the garlic taste of shrimp.
Chop the garlic finely to prepare the sauce. Then take a deep skillet, heat the oil in it and fry the chopped garlic for about five minutes. Add some cream and salt and bring to a boil.
Add shrimps to the sauce and fry for about 10 minutes more.
Cut the melon and watermelon into pieces and form the first layer of lettuce on the pre-prepared dish.
Put cooled shrimps with sauce on top and near to create a composition. Then we form a new layer from pieces of watermelon and melon.
Garnish the salad with herbs when serving!

Melon-watermelon soup with ice cream:
This sweet cold soup is best made with slightly overripe melon and watermelon. When preparing it, you need a blender in which they are mixed until an air mass is obtained.
When serving, cool the plate into which the mixture is placed and add vanilla ice cream or ice cream.

Arugula and capers, as well as grated ginger and mint, are placed between round slices of fresh melon.
