A good idea for a meatless lunch or dinner is pasta in sour cream and garlic sauce with fresh herbs. You can use not only pasta horns, but also spaghetti or tagliatelle.
It is necessary
- - 170 g pasta;
- - 1 large bunch of green onions;
- - 1/2 cup chicken broth (you can from a cube);
- - 150 g sour cream with a fat content of 20%;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 small piece of butter;
- - salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the broth cube and cover with hot water (1 cup), stir until the cube is homogeneous and completely dissolved. For the recipe, you need half a glass.
Step 2
Rinse the onion under running water, shake off the drops, pat dry (you can blot it with paper towels). Cut into small rings. Set aside a small portion of the onion for serving.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the green onion rings and sauté a little, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Step 4
Pour in chicken broth, add sour cream. Peel the garlic, cut in half, take out the green center. Chop the cloves or pass through a press. Add to the skillet with sour cream and onions. Stir and simmer to form a smooth sauce.
Step 5
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Place in a colander and drain.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the sour cream sauce in a skillet, stir and soak a little.
Step 7
Place the pasta with sour cream and garlic sauce on portioned bowls and sprinkle with the chopped green onions set aside. Serve immediately.
