Traditional pasta casserole is a simple, tasty and satisfying dish that doesn't take long to prepare. You can use not only "feathers", but also other types of pasta, such as "horns" or "shells".
It is necessary
- - 200 g penne pasta
- - 200 g of Dutch cheese
- - 4 slices of smoked ham or ham
- - 70 ml of milk
- - 70 ml low-fat cream
- - salt pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil enough water, add salt and pasta. Reduce heat. Boil the pasta until half cooked for about 5-7 minutes - check the information on the pasta package. Place in a colander to drain the liquid.
Step 2
Chop the ham into a medium-sized dice. Grate Dutch cheese on a medium grater. Set aside 3 tablespoons of cheese in a separate container.
Step 3
Stir in the pasta to the deferred cheese, add milk and cream, ham cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mass.
Step 4
Spoon the pasta mixture into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 ° C until crusty.
Step 5
Remove the prepared casserole from the oven, place the dish on a wooden board and let it cool slightly and "grab". Then divide into portions and serve.
