- - 1 teaspoon of cumin
- - half a glass of milk
- - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 2 tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
First, let's boil the pasta to make "pasta al dente", ie. slightly overcooked.
Step 2
While the pasta is boiling, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Put the chopped onion on it and fry it. Then add flour and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Pour milk into the pan. Add cumin, garlic powder and salt and mix everything. When our sauce begins to thicken, add tomatoes to it.
Step 4
Mix the finished pasta with the resulting sauce and diced ham. We put everything in a fireproof dish. Top with the remaining butter, previously melted and mixed with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the pasta dish into it and bake for 30 minutes until a toasted crust forms. Let stand for another 5 minutes, then enjoy!
