Pasta and cheese casserole can be delicious. She conquers gourmets with her tenderness and mouth-watering cheese crust. To prepare such a casserole, you will need: 200 g of pasta, 300 g of cheese, 3 tbsp. l. flour, 600 ml of milk, 40 g of butter, 2 carrots, salt / pepper - at your discretion.

In a saucepan, mix flour, milk, butter, add salt and pepper. The resulting mixture should be put on medium heat, and, stirring constantly, keep until thickened. Then you need to boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked and discard them in a colander. Grind cheese and carrots with a coarse grater. Divide the cheese into three equal parts, add one of them to the sauce. Then mix the pasta with carrots and sauce. Put half of the mixture in a greased form, sprinkle with grated cheese on top (1/3 part). Then another layer of pasta and a layer of cheese. Cover the form with foil and put in the oven for 25 minutes. Then the foil can be removed and baked for another 40 minutes, until a cheese crust forms.

Then beat 3 eggs in a bowl, add 100-150 g of sour cream (cream) and 50-70 ml of milk. Mix everything again, season with salt and pepper. Then add 100 g of cheese crushed on a coarse grater to the resulting mass.
