Cherry pie with cottage cheese, French cheesecake, Russian Easter and many more delicious cottage cheese-based desserts delight the soul of the most discerning gourmet. Something requires certain culinary skills, and any housewife who is not experienced in the art of confectionery can make other recipes. Light curd is one of such simple dishes. True, there is one prerequisite: a good oven.

This is a cottage cheese casserole filled with raisins or dried apricots. You won't even have to conjure up some special magic over the preparation of the base: the ready-made curd mass will perfectly fulfill its role. It already has flavoring fillers: sugar and butter, crushed dried fruits, it remains to supplement this composition with one egg, two tablespoons of semolina and half a bag of baking powder (for one pack of curd mass). For lovers of specific flavors, candied fruits are suitable, they will also go into the general mixture.

Now you need to grease the form with oil and put the resulting mass into it evenly. Bake at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes. Then continue the process for another 20 minutes, but first take out the mold and cover the surface of the casserole with foil. Cool before use.

Tenderness cookies and stuffed bagels

An ideal option to pamper yourself and the kids, not counting the pieces eaten in fear of the waist. To make cookies you will need:

- cottage cheese, packaging - 250 g;

- margarine (or butter), pack - 250 g;

- wheat flour - 2 cups;

- granulated sugar - half a glass;

- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.

Grind the margarine to the state of "soft plasticine", add flour and cottage cheese, vanilla to it. Knead the resulting mass, then place it in a cold place for half an hour. Roll out the cooled curd dough to make a layer no more than a centimeter thick. Cut out circles from this base with an ordinary glass.

Grease each cookie blank with vegetable oil (refined), sprinkle with granulated sugar, and then fold this "round" in four. Bake at 200 ° C in the oven until the cookie acquires a golden hue.

The same dough can be used to make another tea delicacy: sweet-filled bagels. Only after rolling it will need to be cut into strips, ribbons, about 2-3 centimeters wide. Put raisins, dried apricots or grease curd ribbons with confiture inside the base. Alternatively: sprinkle the strips with poppy seeds thickly, gently roll the blanks into spirals and bake in the same way as for the cookies.
