    • 1 pack (450 g) durum wheat spaghetti
    • 3 tablespoons (50 g) butter
    • 2 carrots
    • 1-2 leeks
    • 2 green bell peppers
    • 200 g mushrooms
    • 2 large tomatoes
    • 100-150 g of hard cheese
    • 450 g fresh, peeled, medium-sized shrimp
    • 1/3 cup cream
    • parsley
    • a pinch of nutmeg
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the carrots into strips. Chop the leek coarsely.

Step 2

Finely chop the bell peppers into cubes. Peel the mushrooms, wash, chop.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes, scald with boiling water and immediately pour over with cold water, remove the skin. Chop finely.

Step 4

Chop the parsley finely. Beat the cream a little with a whisk or fork. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Or boil 4.5 liters of water, salt, lower the spaghetti, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Throw in a colander without rinsing, let the water drain.

Add tomatoes and shrimp. Cook in a skillet until the shrimp are browning and curling. Add whipped cream. Add spices, nutmeg, salt. Heat over low heat, stirring gently.

Put the spaghetti from a colander in a pan, heat with the sauce for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the spaghetti on a serving platter. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese. Serve hot.
