It is necessary

  • - 600 g pork fillet;
  • - 400 g of red onions;
  • - 125 ml of broth, red wine;
  • - 6 canned peaches;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 st. a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, butter;
  • - dried thyme, red hot pepper, ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse a piece of pork, put on a paper towel to allow excess moisture in the glass. Cut the meat into cubes, pepper and salt to taste. Fry in hot vegetable oil until a brown crust forms. Set the pork aside for now. It's time to make some spicy peach sauce for it.

Step 2

Peel the red onion, cut into thin half rings, sprinkle with dried thyme, sugar, fry for 3 minutes in butter. After that add vinegar, pour in wine and broth. The broth can be used both for meat and vegetables. If your red wine is sweet, then do not add sugar to the onions. Bring the contents of the skillet to a boil.

Step 3

Put the fried meat in the sauce, simmer over low heat for about half an hour. After that, salt and pepper to taste. Cut canned peaches into slices, add to the pan. Canned plums are also suitable instead of peaches. Bring to a boil, turn off the stove, leave on the stove under a closed lid for 20 minutes to infuse.

Step 4

Pork in a spicy sauce with peaches is ready, put on plates, serve with boiled rice as a side dish, fresh cucumbers and fresh herbs.
