Pork with peaches is a very appetizing and hearty dish that is perfect for both a festive table and a dinner one. Despite the seeming complexity of preparation, even a novice cook can handle it.

Ingredients:

  • 400-450 g of pork (you just need a tenderloin);
  • 200-250 g of peaches (canned);
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar;
  • salt and black pepper;
  • spices (it is better to take a mixture specifically for pork).

Preparation:

  1. First, you need to prepare the meat. To do this, it is thoroughly washed and all films are removed with a sharp knife. Then the clipping should be cut lengthwise, as a result you should get a kind of book.
  2. Then you should "open the book" and beat it well the way you do when you are preparing chops. It is worth considering that there should be no holes, so you should beat off the tenderloin carefully. If you are afraid that the splashes that will certainly appear during the beating of meat may stain the walls, your clothes, and so on, then use cling film. You just need to wrap the pork in it and that's it.
  3. Then the unrolled tenderloin is sprinkled with salt, pepper and spices. After that, peaches cut into several parts are placed inside.
  4. Now you just have to carefully fold the "meat book". As a result, you should have a roll. So that it does not disintegrate, it must be fixed with twine, tying a roll, or do it with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Then the tenderloin roll is placed in a baking dish (if you wish, you can use a special sleeve) and sprinkle with chopped garlic cloves. Then the meat must be covered with foil on top.
  6. The form with a roll is placed in an oven heated to 220 degrees. Calculating the baking time is easy enough. So, a tenderloin weighing 1 kilogram will be completely ready in 60 minutes. When there is a quarter of an hour left until the end of cooking, you should remove the foil. As a result, the roll will have a ruddy and appetizing crust.
  7. When serving, do not forget to sprinkle the pork cut into thin enough slices with your favorite meat sauce. Also, meatloaf can be served with any side dish.
