Spicy pork fried in breadcrumbs is an interesting and wonderful dish. Thanks to the tomato sauce, the meat has a very bright and spicy taste with a slight tomato acidity. A slightly dry crust on the outside and soft, juicy flesh on the inside make the dish unique.

  • - vegetable oil for frying - 4 tablespoons;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt - 2/3 tsp;
  • - bread crumbs - 60 g;
  • - ketchup or tomato hot sauce - 4 tablespoons;
  • - pork fillet - 800 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork fillet into slices that are 2 centimeters thick. Arrange the slices in one layer. Top them with ketchup or hot tomato sauce. If there is no hot sauce available, you can add pepper or adjika to your regular sauce. To add extra flavor, add garlic pressed through a press to the sauce.

Pour bread crumbs into a plate, add black pepper and salt. Dip the oiled side of the pork pieces into the breading.

Place the slices of meat with the breaded side down. Grease the other side with sauce and dip again in the breading.

Let the breaded pork rest for 10 minutes, then the crackers will better fix on the meat. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over high heat. Place the pork slices there.

Set the fire to slightly below average. Fry until browned on both sides, spend 4-5 minutes on each side. Place the pork pieces on a dish and cover with a bell.
