Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash raw meat, peel off films and veins, cut along the fibers into small portions.
  2. Any mushrooms are suitable for this dish. If these are champignons, then they can be fried immediately, and if forest mushrooms, then they should be boiled first, and then fried. Cut the mushrooms into arbitrary pieces.
  3. Peel the white onion head and chop it into cubes with a knife.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small strips. Optionally, the sliced potatoes can be rinsed in water to remove any starch that has exited. This is to make the potato slices crisper.
  5. Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil and the first to throw in the pieces of pork, fry for 10 minutes.
  6. Add chopped mushrooms to the meat and mix, fry the same amount.
  7. Pour chopped onions into a frying pan, stir again and leave to fry until the onions are half cooked.
  8. After a while, add potatoes, mix with the rest of the ingredients, fry a little, and then sprinkle with any spices and salt. You can add any universal seasoning instead of spices (it usually comes with salt, so you don't have to add salt separately). Finely chop the greens and put them in the pan. During the frying process, the food must be stirred periodically.
  9. As soon as the dish is completely cooked, you can immediately serve it on the table. The entire cooking process takes about half an hour.
