  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • tomato sauce - 250-300 ml
  • white wine - 250 ml
  • brandy - 1 glass
  • honey - 1-2 tsp
  • hot sauce - 1 tsp
  • vinegar
  • olive oil - 250-300 ml
  • sunflower oil - 250 ml
  • salt
  • saffron
  • parsley - 100 gr.
  • green onions - 150-200 gr.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Fry in a pan with olive oil for 7-12 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Chop the onions and toss in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Remove algae from the mussels and add to a saucepan, pour a glass of brandy on top and set it on fire. Add hot sauce, a glass of tomato sauce and white wine, cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the mussels open.

Step 3

Remove the mussels from the sauce. Cook the sauce for another 6-8 minutes. Break an egg into a glass, add sunflower oil, saffron, honey and a little vinegar. Beat the mixture with a blender until mayonnaise.

Step 4

Serve potatoes in a plate with mussels, sprinkle with sauce on top. Add some cooked mayonnaise, garnish with parsley sprigs and green onions. Bon Appetit!
