Fish is very beneficial for our body. Mackerel is a very tasty and healthy noble fish. You can safely replace beef with mackerel, because proteins in fish are absorbed three times faster. It is very easy to bake it with potatoes, and mussels will add sophistication to this recipe.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 1 mackerel;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 g of mussels;
- - 4 potatoes;
- - 100 ml of cream;
- - 4 st. spoons of soy sauce, vegetable oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - wine vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, rinse it, and chop it coarsely. Add parsley to the onion (pick the herbs with your hands), 1 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar, leave for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Gut the mackerel, remove the gills, rinse the carcass. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, lay on foil, form a "basket". Sprinkle the fish with soy sauce, vinegar. Stuff the carcass with onions and herbs. Season to taste.
Step 3
Rinse the potatoes, cut into halves, brush with oil, put on a separate piece of foil, sprinkle with salt. Place two "baskets" with fish and potatoes on a baking sheet, brush the fish with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Bake fish and potatoes at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Step 5
Peel the garlic, chop finely. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the garlic. Add frozen mussels, fry until golden brown, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce, simmer for 2 minutes. Pour in the cream, stir. Simmer the mussels, covered, for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the onions and herbs from the fish. Put the potatoes on a plate, put the fish on top. Arrange the mussels in a creamy sauce on the sides.
