    • fried (fresh) mushrooms - 100-150 (300-400) g;
    • potatoes - 600-700 g;
    • onions - 1-2 pcs;
    • salt to taste;
    • butter - 1/3 tbsp.

Instructions

Step 1

This dish consists of two mini-dishes: boiled mushrooms and fried potatoes. First, clean the mushrooms (they should not be washed, since they are capable of absorbing a lot of water), in case of using oil, just peel off the skin from them. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, caps and legs can be mixed.

Step 2

Preheat a pan and fry the mushrooms in oil for 10-15 minutes, you can also boil the mushrooms in salted water. If there are more mushrooms than necessary, do it differently: first, boil them in a little water for 10-15 minutes, strain, and then lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut the tubers into strips. Cut medium-sized tubers in half lengthways and then into strips, cut large potatoes lengthwise into 4 parts and then cut each part into strips of the same size. Heat oil in a skillet. Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the potatoes from burning. Add the potatoes to the skillet and simmer with the lid closed, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

5 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, make room for the onions in the center of the pan. Onions can be cut into small pieces or into thin rings. Fry the onion until golden, then mix everything. Then remove the lid and turn on the highest heat so that the crust of the vegetables becomes crispy, just make sure that the vegetables do not burn! Do not forget to periodically salt the potatoes, this contributes to the correct distribution of salt in the dish. And watch the process constantly so that the dish does not burn.

Step 5

A couple of minutes before the potatoes are ready, add the fried mushrooms and salt, mix thoroughly. The dish is ready!
