  • - salt and pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First, let's prepare the pork. It must be cut into small layers no more than 0.5 mm high. Add mayonnaise, spices, salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped garlic and a little soy sauce to taste. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.

Step 2

Cooking mushrooms. They must be completely defrosted and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into small pieces, three carrots on a grater. Fry all these ingredients in vegetable oil until half cooked for 10-15 minutes. You can add a little salt.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes into thin slices so that they cook faster. Add mayonnaise, salt a little and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Put all the ingredients in layers on a baking sheet with high edges. We drip a little vegetable oil to the bottom and lubricate the surface well. First, put the meat. The pieces should fit snugly together. Next - a thin layer of mushrooms with onions and carrots. Top - potatoes.

Step 5

In a small container, we make a dressing: 2-4 raw eggs (depending on the volume of the baking sheet), mayonnaise and a little boiled water. Mix all this well until smooth and pour over our dish. There should be very little of this dressing, meat and potatoes should not drown in it.
